How do I set a sound as my ringtone?

On iOS 26 and later, it takes about fifteen seconds:

1. In the app, save your chosen sound to the Files app.
2. In Files, tap the Share button on the sound.
3. Choose More, then tap Use as Ringtone.
4. Your sound now appears in Settings → Sounds & Haptics → Ringtone.

On earlier iOS versions, the in-app tutorial walks you through the GarageBand import method — slower, but time-honored.

I purchased a pack on a previous phone. How do I get it back?

Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, not your device. In the app, tap Restore Purchases and everything you own returns. No sound is ever truly gone. This is both our refund policy and our worldview.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refund requests go through Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and select the purchase. Apple decides refund outcomes; we do not see or influence them.

The sound plays in the app but not as my ringtone.

Check Settings → Sounds & Haptics → Ringtone and confirm your sound is selected. If your phone is on silent or Focus mode, the ringtone will not sound — a limitation we consider philosophically interesting but technically outside our control.
