Pressure Wave Studios LLC ("we," "us," "the Studio") makes sounds. We do not make dossiers. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we handle when you use our website or our mobile applications — which is very little, by deliberate design.
Our iOS applications are built to work entirely on your device. They do not require an account, do not collect personal information, do not track you, do not use third-party analytics or advertising frameworks, and do not transmit your data to us or to anyone else. Audio you preview or purchase is delivered through Apple's systems; what you do with it afterward — and in what company — is entirely your business.
Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of that information is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
This website does not use cookies, does not run analytics scripts, and does not ask you for personal information. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may generate standard technical logs — such as IP addresses and requested pages — as part of operating the service; we do not use these to identify visitors. Netlify's handling of such data is described in its own privacy policy.
If you write to us at hello@pressurewavestudios.com, we will have your email address and whatever you chose to tell us. We use it to reply to you, and for no other purpose. We do not add you to mailing lists, and we do not sell or share correspondence with anyone.
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, children included — see above, regarding the dossiers.
If our practices ever change — for example, if a future app version adds a feature that requires data handling — we will update this policy and its date before that version ships. The policy that applies is always the one posted here.
